Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or
delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a
few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a
significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order details.

Alaska and Hawaii
For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii additional charges may apply. To place
these orders, please contact our office at +1 (615) 763-6227. We reserve the right
to apply any additional shipping charges to your order when our office has not
been contacted. If additional shipping charges apply, we will contact you to give
you the option of accepting the additional charges or canceling your order.
Shipping Cutoff Times
Orders received by 2PM CT are usually shipped out the same business day via our
ground shipping option. Orders received after 2PM CT are typically shipped the
following business day.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to addresses within the US, but we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO
Wrong or Incomplete Addresses
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you
must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are
not responsible for the loss of your order if the address, provided at checkout, is
incomplete or incorrect.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. The
e-mail will contain the tracking information to track your package online. The
tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during
or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Orders
A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15
business days. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the carrier.
Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a
replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
Damages or Missing Parts
If there is any damage to your shipment, a claim must be filed with the carrier.
Please contact our customer service department, and we will assist you. Many
times, the manufacturer will work with us to resolve the issue in case of damages.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Be
prepared with good pictures showing any damage. If parts are missing, locate the
parts list and circle any missing parts and take a picture. Also, please get a picture
of the shipping label and have your order number handy. You can send all of this to
CustomerService@BylerIndustrialTool.com, and we can start processing the
damage or missing parts claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the United States.
